Return & Replacement Policy

At WagByte, we want you and your pet to love every order. Because our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind. But we've got your back with our Free Replacement Guarantee.

Free Replacement Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll send you a new one for free. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once approved, we'll ship your replacement at no cost to you. No need to send anything back.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send you a new one for free.

Refunds

If we're unable to send a replacement (for example, if the item is out of stock), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD).

Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your order may already be processing and can't be changed.

Not Covered

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or chewing/scratching by pets is not covered.
